Servicing

What can the servicing side of the platform do?
The servicing side supports everything you'd need to service a loan from a client-experience perspective — not just statements, balances, and payments, but the full range of servicing actions. The same configurable, drag-and-drop workflow engine that powers origination also powers servicing, so customers can digitize a wide variety of servicing flows in the same portal, using the same document templates and stakeholder access they use for origination.
How are covenants handled?
Covenant tracking can be automated through the request/task framework. You can set up a recurring task that automatically sends a request to the borrower every few months to collect financials or track specific covenant items. The same envelope-of-tasks model used for loan applications is reused for covenants, so each program or product can have its own template with the specific items to collect.
Does it support borrowing-base checks?
Yes — borrowing base is a recognized part of the servicing workflow. The platform accommodates the typical pattern where a borrower's max draw isn't just the note cap but is constrained by borrowing-base/lendable-value calculations, with borrowing base borrower-submitted and then approved as part of monthly financial-reporting covenants.
Can the platform handle partial releases?
Yes. Partial releases are one of the standard servicing actions the platform is designed to facilitate, including gathering the information needed to complete that type of transaction, alongside related field-servicing actions like substitution of collateral.
What about draws and payments?
Borrowers can initiate servicing actions directly from their portal — making a payment request, submitting a draw request, requesting a payoff, viewing past transactions and interest paid, and updating bank-account details. The same portal exists in a back-office version and a borrower-facing version, so everyone works from the same real-time data.
Can it handle renewals?
Yes. Loan renewals can be run directly on the portal, and many customers digitize their full set of origination and servicing flows, renewals included, using the configurable templates.
